From 11^th – 15^th September 2017, the FCWC, in collaboration with the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration  (NOAA) and TMT, is organizing a regional training in Accra, Ghana, to build capacities in vessel tracking systems, data analysis and practical session at the port on broader vessel inspection procedures to support Port State Controls.
