The Fisheries Committee for the West Central Gulf of Guinea (FCWC) recently released a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the “Development of Procedure Manuals for FCWC,” which was due on the 27th June 2023.
After careful consideration and in response to the feedback received from potential bidders, we have decided to extend the submission period for proposals. We believe that providing an additional two weeks will allow for more interested consultancies to fully prepare and submit their proposals in a comprehensive manner.
The new submission deadline for the Development of Procedure Manuals for FCWC is now 21st July 2023 at 1700GMT. We believe that this revised timeline will contribute to a more competitive bidding process and enable the FCWC to receive high-quality proposals from experienced and qualified consultancies.
We understand that the original timeline may have required significant effort on your part to meet the submission deadline. However, we sincerely appreciate your understanding and flexibility in accommodating this extension. We are confident that this additional time will ultimately benefit both your organization and the FCWC by allowing for a more robust and well-prepared proposal.
Please note that all other terms and conditions specified in the original RFP document remain unchanged. Any updates or amendments to the RFP will be communicated to all participating consultancies promptly and transparently.
All consultancies that submitted before the previous deadline are allowed to submit modifications or alternate proposals should they see the need to. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us via email on secretariat@fcwc-fish.org We greatly value your interest in working with the FCWC and look forward to receiving your proposal.
