The FCWC member countries legislations and regulations unlike other regions were reviewed and adapted to the context of sustainable fisheries management and more specifically to the fight against IUU fishing. The regulations concerning vessels, flag responsibilities management and exploitation of resources and fleets and management of marine environment are available and accessible.
