The Fisheries Committee for the West Central Gulf of Guinea (FCWC), through the implementation of the West Africa Sustainable Ocean Programme (WASOP), invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the establishment of a harmonized register of fishermen, canoes, and fishing gear covering all FCWC Member States.
The assignment forms part of FCWC's efforts to strengthen fisheries governance, improve the availability of fisheries information, and support regional cooperation through the harmonization of fisheries registration systems within the region.
The detailed scope of work is provided in the attached Terms of Reference.
