It has come to our notice that there is a conflict in answers that have been provided to the same question in the two different clarification rounds that we have published thus far.

Question 3 of Clarification Round 1 (also Question 2 of Clarification Round 2) asked:

“May it be in the supplier’s premises with a secure cloud access from Tema?”

The following answer provided in Clarification Round 2 to Question 2 is the correct answer in both instances:

“No. According to point 3 of Technical Specifications in the Tender Dossier “The system will be hosted at the FCWC offices at Tema, Ghana.”

For clarity’s sake, we hereby state that the answer to Question 2 of Clarification Round 2 overrides the answer to Question 3 of Clarification Round 1. All potential bidders should henceforth refer to the answer provided in this clarification round.
