The Fisheries Committee for the West Central Gulf of Guinea (FCWC) is an intergovernmental organization established by the governments of Benin, Togo, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, and Nigeria to promote cooperation in fisheries management and development in the region.
We are updating our supplier database in accordance with our procurement manual and inviting reputable and experienced suppliers who are interested in doing business with the FCWC to register with us.
Although we mainly procure from Ghana, suppliers from other member states are welcome to apply as we might require certain goods or services in other member states in the course of our work.
To be eligible for registration, your company must have the following supporting documents:
A Valid certificate of incorporation
A valid certificate to commence business
A Valid Tax clearance certificate
Company profile
Introductory letter
Have at least three years of experience in supplying goods and/or relevant services
Provide evidence of financial stability
Provide references from at least three previous clients
To apply for registration, please provide all required supporting documents. The documents should be submitted physically or via email to the address indicated below no later than Friday, 17th May 2023. Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered.
