Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, Minister of State for Agriculture and Rural Development, Nigeria and also FCWC Conference of Ministers Chairperson - be making an official visit to the FCWC Secretariat Headquarters on Monday 5th November 2018. This visit aims to strengthen fisheries cooperation in West Africa.
