In the framework of the Project " Regional Partnership for Concerted Management of Small Pelagics in the West-Central Gulf of Guinea", the Secretariat General of the Fisheries Committee for the West-Central Gulf of Guinea (FCWC) is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of a National Consultant to conduct a study on the situation of small pelagic fisheries in Ghana under the following conditions: 

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Be a national of FCWC member states;
  • Hold a higher education degree (at least Masters) in marine biology or fisheries science;

  • Demonstrate a relevant experience of at least five (05) years in fisheries management, research and small pelagic in particular;
  • Have at least two (02) successful experiences in the elaborating of strategic documents related to the marine and coastal environment;
  • Perfect command of English.

  • A technical offer detailing the methodology and structure of the report;
